The story
The 21st Show-Me 100 attracted 72 cars to Lucas Oil Speedway on May 25, 2013. Bloomquist set fast time at 14.902 seconds and led the opening 10 laps of the feature.
Owens moved ahead on lap 11 and never gave up the lead. He earned $30,000, with Chris Simpson second, Dennis Erb Jr. third, Brady Smith fourth and Chad Simpson fifth.
The victory was Owens’s third in a row, matching the streak Bloomquist established from 2003 through 2005. The expanded 32-car feature distributed $101,850 in listed payouts.
